Our aim is to increase the number of affordable homes in the region through our Shared Ownership developments. Shared Ownership allows you to buy a part of a property (usually between 25% and 75% initially) with the ability to purchase additional shares at a later point. In most cases, you can eventually purchase the whole property and own it outright. Rent is payable on the share you do not own. This can be a fantastic way of getting on the housing ladder, or being able to afford a home that is big enough for your family.
