These allow you to use the camera on your smartphone as a scanner. You can then send the PDF document as an attachment to the email address above.
Once we have your documents, we will then assess your application. If everything is in order, you can either reserve off plan with a safe distanced viewing later, or you can view and then reserve.
We will unlock the property for you. Internal doors will already be open and we would ask you to avoid touching surfaces and door handles. You must wear a face covering. A maximum of 2 adults can attend. If you currently have any symptoms of Covid-19, we cannot arrange an appointment.
Distanced Viewings Details – This still applies following 19th July Government updates
Should you develop symptoms after booking but before attending the appointment, you must notify us; we will rearrange the appointment accordingly.
This appointment will be a combined reservation and measure-up viewing as we need to minimise our distanced contacts to ensure the safety of all concerned.
Our process for handing over keys when you complete is also distanced and restricted to 2 people for the same reasons.
Other Changes
We appreciate that mortgage surveys and offers may still be delayed and that our normal timescale from reservation to completion could be slightly extended. We will work with you and your solicitor to make things run as smoothly as possible.
